COVID-19 Update

Client Health Questionaire
​We hope you and your family and friends are safe and well. 

​Due to the new Covid restrictions, unfortunately we have had to close the salon until further notice. All gift vouchers will be validated with an extension due to this closure. Please do call when the government announces the re-opening of all salons and we will endeavour to help you.

*Please note that due to COVID-19, our opening hours are subject to change.*

In line with social distancing measures, to make an appointment please do not visit the salon, any contact must be made by phone or e-mail.   
If we have not contacted you already please bear with us as we try to schedule everyone in.  We will be operating a cancellation waiting list. 

All scalp colour will require patch test. 
Please be aware that due to inflation, government safety and social distancing criteria we have no option but to increase our prices. Please refer to amended price list on our hair services page. 

IMPORTANT SOCIAL DISTANCING UPDATE: TERMS & CONDITIONS 
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS WHEN ATTENDING THE SALON FOR APPOINTMENTS- 
  1. Please wait outside until your stylist greets you (no handshakes, hugs etc.).  
  1. Please make sure you arrive wearing your own personal face covering/mask, which must be worn throughout your service.  
  1. On arrival, you will be asked to use hand sanitiser which we will provide.   Please Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing. 
  1. Our team are following strict hygiene guidelines, please help by placing any used paper towels and tissues straight in the bin after use.  
  1. We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item. 
  1. Please bring as few items as possible. 

​EXTRA HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES 
  1. There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients.  
  1. All Staff will be sanitizing all stations, door handles and bathrooms regularly. 
  1. All staff will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments. 
  1. There will be no beverages offered throughout your service. 
 
We will be reassessing the services we offer on a weekly basis.
